Appearances

Products shown by smoulderingLEDs are custom and hand made.  They may not match the photos or videos shown on the website.  For example, they may have different shape, size and colour.  The LEDs patterns may have been updated, for example some patterns are improved with firmware updates and videos may not all be updated to reflect the change. Some videos may show patterns changing faster than they do in shipped products. This may be done to quickly show potential users the range of possible patterns without having to watch long videos. It is also difficult for cameras to take realistic pictures and videos of lights so products are likely to look different in person. We think they look better in person and welcome your feedback if for example you like something on the website and don’t feel the product you received is similar.

Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to us.  Certain Us state laws of international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.  If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
